Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve globally distributed trading platforms and services.
- Optimize software performance, throughput, and efficiency at scale.
- Develop systems, tooling, and workflows for deployment automation, real-time diagnostics, observability, and fault-tolerant operations.
- Apply strong practices for testing, code quality, automation, and production monitoring.
- Participate in production support rotations, respond to incidents, troubleshoot runtime issues, and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering, ideally involving distributed or real-time systems.
- Experience with at least one typed language such as Java, Kotlin, C#, C++, or Rust.
- Production experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Commitment to developing robust, maintainable, and well-monitored software.
- Sound engineering judgment and a business-value mindset.
