Base Salary
$110k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own feature implementation from design and development through deployment, production support, and maintenance.
- Contribute daily code using AI assistance for productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical design and problem-solving.
- Analyze complex problems and develop robust solutions quickly.
- Define, promote, and mentor others on engineering best practices and coding standards, including AI-assisted engineering approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews for engineers at all experience levels.
- Provide structured mentorship to develop engineering talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven software development experience, including production-level Python development.
- Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
- A proven track record architecting and building high-volume products at scale.
- Hands-on experience with current open-source tools and technologies, including Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and elevate team performance.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
