Base Salary
$79k - $123k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug application software and systems.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows in a DevOps environment.
- Develop and deploy AI applications and AI/ML solutions, including model integrations and agentic frameworks.
- Develop and maintain containerized applications for portability, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, optimize performance, and maintain high availability.
- Support software automation and systems deployment activities.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 candidates require a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional experience, a master’s degree and 3 years, or a PhD and 1 year; an additional 4+ years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Hands-on experience with Linux environments, scripting, and system configuration.
- Proficiency in Python or Go with software development, debugging, and testing experience.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD, version control systems, and automated application deployment pipelines.
- Experience developing and deploying AI and/or machine learning solutions.
- Familiarity with APIs and model integration using agentic frameworks such as Mastra or LangChain.
- Strong understanding of large language models, including fine-tuning, hosting, and inference optimization.
- Experience developing and hosting AI/ML models in AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise containerized infrastructure.
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented systems.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher is preferred.
