Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical solutions for defined and emerging hybrid-work and collaboration use cases.
- Leverage existing and new technologies to develop innovative, supportable solutions.
- Collaborate with Risk Product teams, Governance, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders, and other Agile tribes.
- Work with vendors on implementation, customization, enhancements, and support for assigned tools.
- Complete testing and support the creation of end-user documentation.
- Use Jira to create, manage, and track stories and support product delivery activities.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on coding.
- Knowledge of workflow and data tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI and agentic AI.
- Experience delivering technical solutions in an agile, product-driven environment using Jira or similar tools.
- Experience working in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments and driving efficiency improvements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred: understanding of the risk and compliance market and familiarity with Intapp and AuditBoard.
