Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, product owners, solution architects, and scrum masters to deliver the squad roadmap.
- Create technical designs aligned with design guardrails and business needs.
- Develop and provide technical support for BCG’s multi-tenant GenAI case team assistant.
- Apply cloud security best practices, including IAM and access control.
- Monitor and log infrastructure and application activity using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or ELK.
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation with Terraform modules and templates.
- Troubleshoot production tickets and provide timely analysis and resolution.
- Support CI/CD, version control, cloud architecture, networking, and DevOps practices.
- Optimize cloud resources for performance and minimize technical debt.
- Lead and mentor a development team and communicate effectively with squad leaders and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- BTech or MCA and 5+ years of experience developing business applications in a commercial IT or consulting environment.
- Strong Python experience, including asynchronous programming.
- Experience developing multi-tenant SaaS applications and multi-user broadcast, pub/sub, or event-streaming services.
- Experience with tiered permissions, access structures, and data-sharing permissions.
- Expertise in cloud security concepts, IAM, and access control.
- Advanced Terraform experience, including modules and templates for infrastructure-as-code automation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions and version control.
- Experience with AWS, especially EKS, serverless services, queues, and databases.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, EKS, GitOps, FinOps, cloud architecture, systems design, and networking concepts.
- Solid Git knowledge, including tagging, versioning, and rebasing.
- Preferred experience building user-facing GenAI/LLM software applications.
- Preferred knowledge of Helm, AWS managed services, FastAPI, NextJS, WebSockets, server-sent events, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Ability to lead and mentor a development team and work effectively in a global, remote environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
