Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and fix production issues while identifying root causes and preventing recurrence.
- Develop software improvements and workflow automation using C#/.NET.
- Work with 3D data, including meshes, vectors, matrices, transformations, and coordinate systems, to improve treatment planning features.
- Partner with end users, product, quality, and DevOps teams to prioritize fixes and improvements.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience with advanced C#/.NET skills.
- Hands-on experience with 3D fundamentals or experience building or supporting software in dental, CAD, or medical imaging environments.
- Experience troubleshooting production systems.
- Experience with SQL or relational databases.
- Conversational English proficiency at B2 Plus level.
- Preferred qualifications include WPF, Azure, Web APIs, mesh processing libraries, geometry algorithms, DevOps, monitoring tools, regulated medical-device environments, dental workflows, and cloud-deployed applications using Azure or Kubernetes.
