Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, document, unit-test, integrate, and deploy software components and AI-powered solutions.
- Build scalable Python backends, APIs, microservices, enterprise AI workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, tool and function calling, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and ingestion pipelines.
- Use agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, or similar tools.
- Deploy and operate production solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Lead architecture and technical strategy, provide work estimates, guide technical features, and mentor teams.
- Implement observability, AI monitoring, prompt testing, cost optimization, performance tracking, and AI security controls.
- Collaborate with customers, cross-functional stakeholders, and global teams while driving rapid prototyping and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including AI application development with LLMs and RAG.
- Strong Python and backend expertise with experience building scalable APIs and microservices.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, tool or function calling, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and ingestion pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, or a similar agent framework.
- Experience designing enterprise AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, RBAC, API security, encryption, secrets management, least-privilege access, and AI security.
- Experience with AI monitoring, prompt testing, cost optimization, and performance tracking.
- Ability to lead architecture and technical strategy, mentor teams, and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience building zero-to-one AI platforms, Kubernetes security, AI compliance frameworks, customer enablement, and global-team collaboration.
