Responsibilities
- Develop scripts and tools to automate business processes such as onboarding, transactions, and reporting.
- Integrate generative AI and LLMs, including OpenAI APIs, into automation workflows.
- Design agent-based automations using frameworks such as CrewAI.
- Use vector databases and RAG techniques to produce context-aware AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to translate business needs into automation solutions.
- Test, document, improve, and support deployed automation workflows while staying current with AI trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience and 1–2 years of experience with GenAI or agentic AI technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI API or similar tools, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI.
- Understanding of vector databases such as FAISS and LlamaIndex and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
- Experience with API and cloud integration, JSON/XML handling, and deploying workflows using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience building scalable, resilient, and observable distributed systems and creating detailed technical documentation.
