Responsibilities
- Assist with automation, data analytics, DevOps, API, and digital-asset technologies for on-premises and cloud services.
- Develop and deploy automation and analytical solutions, data extraction tools, visualizations, dashboards, and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Automation Centre of Excellence peers and stakeholders to improve processes and deliver effective, secure solutions.
- Analyze data and communicate reports and actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain network technical documentation and present service-level updates, project status, network statistics, and budget reports.
Requirements
- Be a current third-year degree student required to complete an internship or work placement as part of the degree program, return to studies afterward, and provide institutional confirmation of the requirement.
- Have education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field; a Bachelor of Science degree is an advantage.
- Have progressive network and information technology, data extraction, data visualization, and data analysis experience.
- Have practical coding experience in one or more of Python, R, C++, Java, or Perl.
- Have knowledge of network programmability and integration using YANG, YAML, XML, JSON, NETCONF, and RESTCONF.
- Have familiarity with DevOps tools and monitoring systems, with programming, coding, RESTful/SOAP API, and automation experience considered desirable.
- Have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills.
