Responsibilities

Design and develop internal data analytics systems, applications, and APIs.
Build scalable, extensible, and maintainable data-intensive web applications.
Manage system performance, reliability, sustainability, software quality, and optimization.
Explore emerging technologies and deliver proofs of concept.
Build and experiment with agentic AI systems, including autonomous agents and tool-using LLM workflows.
Lead technical discussions with teams and stakeholders to shape product delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and stakeholders.
Mentor junior software engineers and promote engineering excellence.

Background in computer science or equivalent.
At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
Familiarity with full-stack web applications.
Proficiency in software design and implementation using Java or Kotlin.
Knowledge of software architecture design patterns.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, React, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and concepts; exposure to agentic AI systems is preferred.
Ability to communicate technical details clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
