Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build features for iOS, tvOS, and visionOS using Swift.
- Ramp up on and independently deliver small features and code reviews on a second platform such as Android, Roku, Native Client Platform, or Browser-Based Devices.
- Use AI tools in daily development and help improve shared team AI tooling, rules, skills, prompts, and workflows.
- Deliver high-quality code with unit, integration, and snapshot tests, manual QA, and peer code reviews.
- Collaborate across client platform teams to own end-to-end customer journeys for Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN.
- Use Apple technologies including UIKit, SwiftUI, AVKit, and StoreKit to build streaming commerce applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of industry experience in iOS software development, including at least 1 year using Swift.
- At least 2 years of industry experience implementing complex user interfaces with UIKit or SwiftUI.
- Ability to write unit-tested code and demonstrate understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Experience with agile processes and a strong commitment to code quality.
- Willingness to expand beyond a single platform and learn a second platform over time.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude in a real development workflow, including reviewing and testing AI-generated code.
- Preferred experience with Kotlin, Rust, BrightScript, or TypeScript; shared AI tooling; Datadog observability; and on-call rotations.
Benefits
- Full-time employment with medical, financial, and other benefits; bonus and/or long-term incentive units may also be provided.
- Hiring range is $123,000-$165,000 per year in New York, NY and $117,500-$157,500 per year in Santa Monica, CA.
- The role is associated with locations in New York, California, and Washington.
