Responsibilities
- Lead software development activities, version control, and task management using GitLab and Atlassian tools.
- Design, implement, maintain, integrate, and validate secure applications through the OSA DevSecOps pipeline.
- Develop modern web applications using TypeScript, React, and JavaScript UI frameworks.
- Troubleshoot server communication, DNS, and Active Directory issues across Red Hat Linux and Windows environments.
- Perform static and dynamic code analysis using OWASP ZAP, Coverity, JFrog Xray, and CodeDX.
- Write system documentation, technical workflows, deployment guides, and lifecycle support materials.
- Provide engineering support during deployment and sustainment for military customer teams.
- Support operational readiness and cybersecurity compliance for ACS/CANES deployments.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline is required.
- 2–4 years of experience with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes containerization technologies.
- Strong development expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Advanced proficiency with Red Hat Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks, SDLC, DevSecOps principles, GitLab, and the OSA pipeline.
- Experience designing and troubleshooting scripting environments using PowerShell, Bash, and VBScript.
- Desired qualifications include experience with monorepos or micro-frontends, Redux Toolkit, IndexedDB/Dexie, WebSockets/STOMP, Web Workers, Shared Workers, Navy testing frameworks, TBMCS, JADOCS, and detailed technical documentation.
