Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge with junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient software components and support performance optimization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow IT Service Management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
