Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with Customer Engineering teams to establish development best practices and support long-term adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures for enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes multi-agent systems, integrated systems architecture, real-time inference constraints, model quantization, LLM-native metrics, state management, granular tracing, Vertex AI Pipelines, Kubeflow, MLflow, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.
