Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments from discovery through go-live.
- Work with recruiting leaders and IT teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Arbi workflows for various recruiting use cases.
- Build and maintain integrations with various enterprise systems.
- Support production rollouts for diverse customer segments.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and rapidly prototype solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud services.
- Understanding of modern AI/ML concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel for customer workshops and deployments.
