Base Salary
$172k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical baselines, roadmaps, architecture decisions, and design and change control.
- Lead AI/ML solution patterns covering MLOps, model lifecycle, evaluation, risk management, and enterprise integration.
- Author and review technical artifacts, including DoDAF-aligned artifacts where applicable.
- Define performance and reliability targets and compliance controls.
- Drive legacy modernization, cloud migration, API and AI/ML integrations, IV&V, deployments, proofs of concept, and technical assessments.
- Mentor senior engineers and coordinate increment goals with the Release Train Engineer and Program Manager.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
- 10+ years of technical leadership experience as a Chief Engineer, Chief Architect, or equivalent is required.
- Deep software architecture and enterprise integration expertise is required.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, cloud environments, containerization, and security patterns is required.
- Advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, data, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week for the duration of the role is required.
