Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation methodologies.
- Analyze model outputs and iteratively improve fine-tuning strategies and model performance.
- Work with large-scale datasets and perform preprocessing to support model training.
- Evaluate model accuracy and relevance using appropriate metrics and techniques.
- Integrate AI models with application programming interfaces for deployment.
- Troubleshoot and optimize model performance in production environments.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Python Frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and perform data preprocessing for model training.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques.
- Experience integrating AI models with APIs and optimizing them in production environments.
