Base Salary
$125k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and refine detection/segmentation/tracking architectures for EO/IR and multi-spectral imagery.
- Stand up training/eval pipelines and implement continuous regression testing from field data.
- Optimize models for real-time embedded inference and meet throughput/latency targets.
- Combine vision outputs with auxiliary sensing for decision-level fusion.
- Create visualization and root-cause tools for rapid insight from simulation and flight logs.
- Instrument health metrics and write clear tests and documentation.
- Perform simulation-based testing and validate algorithms using real-world datasets.
Requirements
- Proficient in production C++ on Linux and Python for ML/tooling.
- Strong experience with modern detection/segmentation/tracking models in PyTorch.
- Proven experience building large, diverse datasets and managing labeling/QA pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with model compression and real-time constraints.
- Experience with EO/IR imagery and real flight/test data in challenging environments.
- 7+ years of experience with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
