Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models aligned with business objectives.
- Design and build production-ready AI applications and systems using generative AI and cloud AI services.
- Implement and optimize cloud or on-premises AI pipelines for scalable production environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve AI system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and enhance AI system performance.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and the model development lifecycle.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI service integration.
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural network design.
- Ability to implement and optimize production AI pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education.
