Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for the AI-assisted migration platform, including agent, skill, harness, AI-in-the-loop, and Azure cloud design.
- Build AI and LLM components using prompt engineering, schema-constrained outputs, Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, RAG, and classification pipelines.
- Develop and maintain a Node.js/TypeScript or Python parsing and conversion engine for XML/JSON-based Nintex workflow definitions that generates Power Automate flow logic.
- Integrate the platform with REST APIs, webhooks, Azure CLI, Azure AD authentication flows, and MCP server endpoints.
- Define fidelity scoring, gap-analysis metrics, evaluation harnesses, and automated workflow validation tests.
- Lead delivery and stakeholder management, including feasibility studies, production builds, customer data requirements, edge-case triage, and backlog prioritization.
- Own migration risk, rollback strategy, security and credential review, and documentation of unsupported or manually reviewed conversion cases.
- Lead and mentor a 3–8 person AI/automation engineering team across classical and prompt-engineering disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level or equivalent computer science education such as B.E., B.Tech., M.Sc. in Computers, or MCA.
- Experience with Node.js/TypeScript or Python, XML/JSON parsing, parsers, ASTs, rule engines, regular expressions, or expression-language conversion.
- Experience with prompt engineering, structured or schema-constrained output generation, LLM API integration, RAG or classification pipelines, and coding agents such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience developing MCP servers, Azure CLI and Azure AD authentication flows, REST API integrations, webhooks, automated workflow validation, and application-level testing.
- Experience with evaluation harnesses and model-output scoring, including fidelity and gap-analysis metrics.
- Ability to make AI/ML build-versus-buy, model selection, fine-tuning versus prompting, cost, and latency decisions.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams and managing delivery, stakeholders, migration risk, and customer escalations.
- SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administration experience is preferred.
