Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for Copilot Studio agents, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and conversation flows.
- Determine when to use native Copilot Studio capabilities versus Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection and custom grounding.
- Design Power Automate flows and MCP Server tool or plugin connections for line-of-business integrations.
- Establish security, authentication, data access, governance, environment strategy, ALM, packaging, and publishing standards.
- Define responsible AI, bias, safety, hallucination-validation, instruction, and prompt-tuning practices.
- Provide design authority, review configurations and flows, resolve complex technical issues, and mentor Team Leads and developers.
- Collaborate with project, business analysis, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into solution approaches.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Extensive experience designing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and strong hands-on Copilot Studio architecture expertise are required.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate and Copilot Studio agent integration patterns is required.
- Experience designing and configuring MCP Server and tool connections is required.
- Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns is required.
- Understanding of security, authentication, data governance, responsible AI, and bias and safety validation is required.
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills are required.
- Agile delivery experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Azure PaaS, React.js, and Microsoft Power Apps are preferred.
