Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions and lead teams through design and delivery.
- Design and build Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, and conversation or agent flows.
- Configure generative orchestration, knowledge sources, generative answers, prompts, and agent instructions.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows for agent actions, backend processes, and line-of-business integrations.
- Implement and consume MCP Server tool and plugin connections to extend agent capabilities.
- Configure and test agent publishing across Teams, web, and custom application channels.
- Manage dev-test-prod environments and application lifecycle management practices.
- Use Azure AI Foundry for model selection, custom grounding, RAG, and agentic workflows when needed.
- Conduct unit-level testing and troubleshoot conversational breakdowns, connectors, and plugin issues.
- Apply responsible AI practices, including bias, safety, and hallucination validation.
- Collaborate on agent design, security, ALM alignment, and code or configuration reviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate for flow-based automation and Copilot Studio integration.
- Experience configuring MCP Server and tool connections.
- Working familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns such as RAG and agentic workflows.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and bias and safety validation practices.
- Strong debugging and conversational-flow troubleshooting skills.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Agile delivery experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Azure PaaS, React.js, and Microsoft Power Apps are preferred.
