Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end architecture and technical design for complex applications, microservices, APIs, integrations, and AWS Serverless solutions.
- Design and review GenAI and Agentic AI architectures involving agents, workflows, orchestration, LLMs, prompts, tools, RAG, knowledge sources, guardrails, and enterprise integrations.
- Evaluate technology, framework, LLM, and AWS service options and make architecture decisions based on scalability, performance, security, availability, maintainability, and cost.
- Lead architecture and technical design reviews, guide Technical Leads and engineering teams, resolve complex technical issues, and drive reusable architecture patterns and accelerators.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical standards, reference architectures, reusable accelerators, modernization strategies, and technical proofs of concept.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, system integration, distributed and event-driven architectures, and databases.
- Strong AWS Serverless and cloud architecture experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, infrastructure as code, observability, security, and production support.
- Practical experience with GenAI/LLM and Agentic AI solutions, including Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, IAM, Responsible AI, AI security, evaluation, guardrails, and enterprise AI governance.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents, MCP, and multi-agent architectures is preferred.
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience guiding Technical Leads, Senior Engineers, and development teams is required or desirable.
