Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, development standards, code quality, scalability, and performance of custom software solutions.
- Design and build Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including topics, trigger phrases, entities, variables, agent flows, knowledge sources, and generative answers.
- Build Power Automate flows and integrate line-of-business systems to extend agent actions and backend processes.
- Configure MCP Server tools and plugins, publish agents across Teams, web, and custom applications, and manage dev-test-prod ALM practices.
- Use Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, custom grounding, RAG, and agentic workflows when needed.
- Test and troubleshoot topics, flows, tool integrations, connectors, plugins, and conversational behavior.
- Apply responsible AI practices, including bias, safety, and hallucination checks, and collaborate on design, security, ALM, and code/configuration reviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate for automation and integration with Copilot Studio agents.
- Experience configuring MCP Server and tool connections.
- Working familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, model selection, prompt engineering, grounding patterns, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and bias and safety validation practices.
- Preferred qualifications include React.js, .NET full-stack development, Microsoft Foundry, Agile delivery experience, debugging, and conversational-flow troubleshooting skills.
