Responsibilities
- Define Copilot Studio agent architecture, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, and conversation flows.
- Determine when to use native Copilot Studio capabilities versus Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection and custom grounding.
- Design Power Automate flows and MCP Server tool or plugin connections for business-system integrations.
- Establish security, authentication, data-access, governance, environment, ALM, packaging, and publishing standards.
- Define responsible AI practices covering bias, safety, hallucination validation, agent instructions, and prompt tuning.
- Review designs, configurations, and flows; resolve complex technical issues; and provide technical direction and mentorship.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into solution approaches.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Extensive experience designing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on Copilot Studio architecture expertise.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Automate and Copilot Studio integration patterns.
- Experience designing and configuring MCP Server and tool connections.
- Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns.
- Understanding of security, authentication, data governance, responsible AI, and bias and safety validation for AI agents.
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
- React.js, .NET full-stack development, Microsoft Foundry, and Agile delivery experience are preferred.
