Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and end-to-end architecture of custom Copilot Studio agent solutions.
- Define agent topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, conversation flows, and publishing strategies.
- Design Power Automate flows and MCP Server tool or plugin connections for business-system integration.
- Establish security, authentication, data access, governance, responsible AI, and ALM standards.
- Use Azure AI Foundry for advanced model selection, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows when required.
- Review designs, configurations, and flows; provide design assurance and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Mentor Team Leads and developers on Copilot Studio best practices.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Extensive enterprise solution architecture experience on the Microsoft Power Platform, including hands-on Copilot Studio architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate and Copilot Studio integration patterns.
- Experience designing and configuring MCP Server and tool connections.
- Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, model selection, prompt engineering, grounding patterns, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Understanding of security, authentication, data governance, and responsible AI validation for AI agents.
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
- Agile delivery experience is preferred.
- React.js and .NET full-stack development experience are good-to-have qualifications.
