Responsibilities
- Design and oversee solution architectures, road maps, new designs, extensions, and enhancements for the Adobe CX Stack.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable target architectures, models, and architectural plans.
- Engage business sponsors and stakeholders to develop, communicate, and gain alignment on architectural approaches.
- Validate engineering designs against architectural solutions and enforce architecture governance, methodologies, compliance, and enterprise standards.
- Direct and mentor virtual architecture teams while coordinating with enterprise architects, engineers, project managers, business analysts, testing teams, information security, and operations.
- Design solutions leveraging data, analytics, personalization, orchestration, and AI-driven capabilities with appropriate governance and scalability.
- Develop reusable solution architecture assets, standards proposals, communication plans, and recommendations for architecture tools and strategies.
- Manage solution architecture for assigned programs and mature linkages across Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
- Build relationships with business, IT, vendors, and analysts while providing thought leadership for the Solution Architecture function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with the Adobe product family as a Solution Architect.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Adobe implementations and strong knowledge of digital experience platforms.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise and Solution Architecture frameworks and governance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, judgment, negotiation, facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and assess the financial and architectural impact of alternatives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and practices including personalization, cross-channel marketing, mobile, and data-driven experience optimization.
- Experience in application development, deployment or implementation, infrastructure, IT infrastructure, or security projects.
- Professional services or global team experience is preferred.
- Adobe certifications, Enterprise Search implementation experience, familiarity with ITIL and IIBA BABOK practice standards, and experience supporting professional services or global IT organizations are desirable.
- Ability to work across geographies, manage shifting priorities and ambiguity, work with minimal direction, and travel on a very limited basis.
