Responsibilities
- Develop solution architectures, architectural road maps, and target architectures aligned with business needs, cost, risk, quality, and enterprise strategy.
- Lead and oversee architecture delivery for Adobe CX projects, including new designs, extensions, and enhancements.
- Engage business sponsors and stakeholders to define architectural approaches and validate engineering designs.
- Direct and mentor virtual architecture teams while guiding teams on architecture frameworks, governance, methodologies, and best practices.
- Enforce architecture governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise standards, and responsible use of data, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Create reusable architectural assets, models, standards proposals, communication plans, and enterprise-wide road maps.
- Build relationships with business, IT, vendors, and global teams to incorporate emerging standards and industry approaches.
- Manage solution architecture for assigned programs and mature architectural linkages across Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with the Adobe product family as a Solution Architect.
- Enterprise-scale Adobe implementation experience and strong Adobe CX Stack expertise.
- Strong understanding of digital experience platforms, digital marketing trends, personalization, cross-channel marketing, mobile, and data-driven experience optimization.
- Experience with Enterprise and Solution Architecture frameworks, governance, architecture tooling, and translating business needs into architectural requirements.
- Strong analytical, leadership, judgment, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant experience in application development, deployment or implementation, infrastructure, IT infrastructure and security projects, or professional services is advantageous.
- Experience working with global teams and across business and IT leadership contexts.
- Adobe certifications are desired; familiarity with ITIL, IIBA BABOK Practice Standards, Information Security principles, and Enterprise Search implementations is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work with minimal direction, adapt to shifting priorities and ambiguity, and work outside typical hours when required.
- Flexibility to travel on a very limited basis.
