Responsibilities
- Design RPA, Process Mining, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Document Processing solution architectures using UiPath.
- Support presales through client meetings, proposals, proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, and effort estimations.
- Advise clients on business process optimization and automation-tool selection.
- Prepare UiPath licensing recommendations and cost models.
- Lead project and team activities, including task, budget, and schedule management.
- Build team capabilities and contribute to Capgemini’s Intelligent Automation offering.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional IT experience.
- Experience delivering RPA, Process Mining, and process-optimization projects as a Project Manager, Architect, Business Analyst, or Developer.
- Strong hands-on UiPath expertise with relevant certifications, particularly in RPA/Orchestrator, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Document Processing.
- Experience designing business-oriented solutions with automation technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of UiPath licensing models and principles.
- Proven project-management skills covering tasks, teams, and budgets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent Polish and English.
