Responsibilities

  • Translate business processes and requirements into tailored designs using the Pega Infinity Platform or strategic applications.
  • Advise clients on Pega best practices and usage scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Pega system architects, including CLSA, CSSA, and CSA roles.
  • Support process design, backlog refinement, and delivery-team collaboration.
  • Help ensure solutions meet quality standards and use Pega’s latest capabilities.
  • Write user stories and create functional documentation for complex business processes.

Requirements

  • Pega Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification.
  • At least four years of experience in business analysis and process and application design using the Pega Infinity Platform.
  • Hands-on experience configuring the Pega Infinity Platform.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with Solution Designer, Pega Blueprint, and AI is advantageous.
