Responsibilities
- Translate business processes and requirements into tailored designs using the Pega Infinity Platform or strategic applications.
- Advise clients on Pega best practices and usage scenarios.
- Collaborate with Pega system architects, including CLSA, CSSA, and CSA roles.
- Support process design, backlog refinement, and delivery-team collaboration.
- Help ensure solutions meet quality standards and use Pega’s latest capabilities.
- Write user stories and create functional documentation for complex business processes.
Requirements
- Pega Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification.
- At least four years of experience in business analysis and process and application design using the Pega Infinity Platform.
- Hands-on experience configuring the Pega Infinity Platform.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German.
- Experience with stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with Solution Designer, Pega Blueprint, and AI is advantageous.
