Responsibilities
- Design integration architecture and strategies for hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud environments according to SAP Activate and industry best practices.
- Design, implement, optimize, maintain, and develop SAP integration solutions for customers.
- Lead integration implementation activities, independently deliver project tasks, report implementation status, and supervise integration teams.
- Collaborate with functional, development, and business teams to define integration requirements.
- Configure system-to-system connections, including integrations without middleware using Integration Automation Service.
- Configure SAP backend services, interfaces, and events for system integrations.
- Provide subject-matter support and mentoring to project teams and less experienced consultants.
- Monitor SAP ecosystem technology trends and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of implementing SAP integration solutions for customers, including SAP SIS, SAP PO, and ABAP Cloud.
- At least five complete, documented SAP system implementation project cycles.
- Technical profile focused on system-to-system integrations in SAP environments.
- Experience creating SAP integration strategies using A2A, B2B, EDI, EDA, B2G, G2B, Data Integration, and MDI patterns.
- Project experience integrating S/4HANA Private Cloud or Public Cloud, including integration concepts and oversight of implementations with more than 50 interfaces.
- Project experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, Sales Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP systems, interfaces, configuration tools, and SAP system operations.
- Ability to independently perform technical tasks from concept through implementation.
- Programming experience in ABAP Cloud and knowledge of the Clean Core concept.
- Experience with Cloud Integration, SAP Event Mesh or Advanced Event Mesh, and API Management in SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience creating Groovy and JavaScript scripts and complex graphical, Java, and XSLT mappings.
- Practical knowledge of standard FILE, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, and SuccessFactors adapters.
- Good knowledge of SAP BTP Cockpit, including subaccounts, entitlements, and service instances.
- Fluent Polish and English communication skills and strong teamwork, learning, and analytical abilities.
- Preferred: certifications in SAP Integration Suite, ABAP Cloud, Solution Architect - SAP BTP, or SAP Enterprise Architect; S/4HANA Cloud integration experience; experience supervising integration developers or integrators; German language knowledge.
