Responsibilities
- Translate business processes and business needs into tailored designs using the Pega Infinity Platform or strategic applications.
- Advise clients on Pega best practices and usage scenarios.
- Lead requirements and process design activities and align solutions with business objectives and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with Pega system architects holding CLSA, CSSA, and CSA certifications.
- Ensure solutions meet high standards and reflect Pega’s latest capabilities.
- Run workshops, write user stories, and create functional documentation for complex business processes.
- Mentor junior Pega Business Architects and cross-functional teams.
- Support digital transformation projects, including greenfield implementations and optimization of existing solutions.
Requirements
- Pega Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification.
- At least six years of experience in business analysis and process and application design using the Pega Infinity Platform.
- Hands-on Pega Infinity Platform configuration experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German.
- Experience with workshops, user stories, and functional documentation for complex business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence and Agile delivery environments such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Solution Designer, Pega Blueprint, and AI experience are advantageous.
