Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Data & Analytics products and technical solutions for new and existing clients.
- Assess business and technical requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate findings into implementation plans and solution designs.
- Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Configure platforms according to client operating models, data requirements, and business needs.
- Write, review, and optimize SQL for data onboarding, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Manage data migration activities including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Execute implementation deliverables across analysis, configuration, testing, data onboarding, knowledge transfer, user acceptance testing, parallel runs, and go-live readiness.
- Provide technical guidance and product expertise to support client adoption and effective solution use.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Product Development, Support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver implementations.
- Use SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and modern engineering tools to document requirements and track delivery risks, issues, and progress.
- Support junior team members through coaching, guidance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, client experience, and delivery quality.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in technology consulting, software implementation, professional services, or financial systems delivery.
- Experience with data platforms, accounting solutions, or financial-services technology implementations; Eagle experience is beneficial.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills for data analysis, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and related data tooling is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
- Experience with system configuration, data migration, testing support, and implementation delivery.
- Experience in Asset Servicing, investment operations, or accounting processes such as Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, or Custody is strongly preferred.
- Experience with business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and translating business needs into functional and technical outcomes.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint; exposure to Windsurf is beneficial.
- Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to connect technical requirements to business outcomes.
- Understanding of data and process flows involving holdings, transactions, pricing, valuations, reconciliation, and reporting is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, and support less experienced team members.
