Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of product development, support, and implementation.
- Develop new features and enhance existing financial software products.
- Support clients on medium and large projects and provide customer-facing analysis and software-system support.
- Lead large, complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues.
- Participate in planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, story tells, and other team rituals.
- Travel 50–75%, including occasional on-site customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
- 6+ years of experience with strong C language development skills.
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
- Proven experience in payments, banking, or financial transaction processing.
- Experience working in and leading large, complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, communication skills, and good written and verbal English.
- Willingness to work in an Agile and collaborative environment.
