Responsibilities
- Define and execute the ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and OT product roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end solution creation, development, and delivery across Data Services offerings.
- Lead architecture activities across Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, Service Mapping, and AIOps.
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions and delivery roadmaps.
- Prioritize features, define value cases, and drive successful implementations.
- Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Design and govern integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise platforms, cloud services, monitoring tools, and third-party applications.
- Drive CMDB, Service Mapping, and digital product visibility initiatives to improve operational resilience and service-management maturity.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, platform best practices, and mentoring to global delivery teams.
- Improve platform health, security, scalability, and adoption through innovation, performance optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong expertise in ITOM and platform architecture, with experience in Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, CSDM, and ServiceNow platform governance.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and translating business needs into technical solutions and product requirements.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including integration and automation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven platforms, automation technologies, and emerging enterprise AI use cases.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management, and other relevant platform certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and leadership skills, including experience working with executives and global teams.
