Enterprise Delivery Lead Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise delivery programs from initial handoff through go-live, converting solution concepts into scalable production implementations.
- Partner with customer architects and engineering leads to refine integration designs, resolve roadblocks, and improve workflows.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customer technical teams and internal engineering and product teams.
- Design, build, and deploy bidirectional integrations across CRM, HR, inventory, OMS, TMS, and e-commerce systems.
- Integrate voice-enabled and multichannel AI workflows with telephony and contact center systems.
- Review code, evaluate APIs, design data architectures, and write integration logic as needed.
- Implement authentication and access controls using enterprise identity providers and security protocols.
- Ensure deployments meet enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor Delivery Engineers, Integration Engineers, and Prompt Engineers and establish reusable delivery and integration standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total technical experience in technical delivery, integration architecture, or customer-facing enterprise engineering.
- Demonstrated experience taking enterprise applications from whiteboard architecture through production deployment.
- Extensive experience leading technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and reviews with C-suite and enterprise architect stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise software stacks using REST or GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security protocols, identity providers, and compliance practices.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering paradigms, and agentic workflows is highly desired.
