Salesforce Technical Architect, Consumer goods (REX or TPM or CG Cloud exp mandatory)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead functional and technical workshops and technical design sessions.
- Architect, document, design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce Industry solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Design and integrate scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments.
- Use AI tools such as Cursor and Claude and agentic evaluation frameworks to accelerate implementation and review architectural assumptions.
- Advise customers, partners, enterprise architects, business partners, and implementation teams on Salesforce digital transformation.
- Develop architectural roadmaps, identify solution gaps and risks, negotiate complex solutions, and drive issues through completion.
- Build business processes and custom enterprise applications using Salesforce Industries, Force.com, and integration tools.
- Research, recommend, and implement AppExchange applications and Salesforce upgrades.
- Design end-to-end integration projects and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience handling client-facing projects with increasing responsibility in systems development and related business consulting.
- Mandatory experience with Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, or Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Expertise in Salesforce Retail and Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Vlocity OmniStudio.
- Expertise in domains such as Trade Promotion Management and Optimization, Account Planning, metric management, Retail Execution, Visit Planning and Execution, Salesforce Maps, or Sales Agreement.
- Integration architecture experience, including end-to-end integration projects, authentication mechanisms, REST and SOAP APIs, and Salesforce governor limits.
- Experience with continuous integration and repositories such as Git.
- Strong experience designing and architecting large-scale applications and understanding solution architecture and estimation processes.
- Experience with Salesforce, Apex, triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, and modern web and mobile technologies.
- Salesforce certification is preferred, including Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Application Architect certification.
- OmniStudio Developer or Consultant experience is preferred.
