Base Salary
$82k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI and machine learning models to meet project requirements.
- Analyze and improve AI model performance using machine learning and deep learning technologies.
- Collaborate with departments and customers to define requirements and understand business problems.
- Review task-level requirements and assumptions and solve well-defined problems with guidance.
- Conduct independent and team-based research with guidance and identify opportunities to improve task-level operations.
- Communicate progress and challenges clearly, meet commitments, and learn new technical skills to support program needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, electrical engineering, computational biology, physics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related experience.
- Strong ML/AI software development skills using Python, MATLAB, R, C++, and Java.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning in the candidate's domain of expertise.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Selected applicants must obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- New PhDs with less than one year of experience will also be considered.
