Responsibilities
- Drive Customer Solutions strategy, capacity planning, and resource optimization across assigned regions or product lines.
- Manage solution design, deployment, customer onboarding, architecture standards, solution quality, and delivery excellence.
- Monitor customer health, drive value realization, advise key accounts, and resolve complex customer escalations.
- Lead hiring, performance management, career development, and onboarding for Solutions Engineering staff.
- Mentor engineers into leadership roles and foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to address customer pain points and influence product roadmaps.
- Define delivery standards, manage SLAs, perform root-cause analysis, and enforce quality control.
- Leverage AI to develop solutions, build internal tools, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or Technical Consulting, with a record of meeting or exceeding core performance KPIs.
- Hands-on front-end technical experience with enterprise software solutions, integration architecture, and enterprise application onboarding.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript, including ES5 and ES6 or later.
- Ability to set technical architecture standards and solve high-risk technical bottlenecks.
- Proven ability to leverage AI for solution development, internal tools, and operational efficiency improvements.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of user experience, digital transformation, and customer success methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
