Responsibilities
- Support service reliability, monitoring, incident response, and KTLO operations during the migration from EC2-hosted services to containerized deployments.
- Triage and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs, participate in on-call rotations, and communicate incident status to technical stakeholders.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using New Relic, SolarWinds DPA, CloudWatch, or Datadog, and tune alerts to reduce customer impact.
- Diagnose production issues using logs, traces, metrics, and user reports, applying mitigations and permanent fixes with development teams.
- Maintain runbooks, playbooks, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, patching, backups and restores, database indexing, archiving, and capacity checks.
- Support releases, hotfixes, patches, deployment validation, and production smoke testing.
- Contribute to root cause analysis, performance investigations, operational automation, and AI-assisted tooling improvements.
Requirements
- Hands-on production support and fix experience with .NET and C#, including modern .NET runtimes.
- Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions, including release support and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs with the ability to debug across the stack.
- Experience supporting SQL Server applications, including basic performance analysis and operational tasks; AWS RDS experience is an advantage.
- Comfort working in production environments, responding to incidents, and participating in on-call rotations.
- Interest in AI-assisted development and intelligent QA tools.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications is desirable.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation is desirable.
- Familiarity with Playwright or Cypress is desirable.
- Strong collaboration, communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and ownership skills.
