Base Salary
$81k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end healthcare provider solutions using Golang, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Define application architecture, service boundaries, integration patterns, and technical standards for scalable and maintainable systems.
- Establish and enforce secure coding practices and compliance with security, privacy, and data protection requirements.
- Translate healthcare provider-domain requirements into practical, high-performing technical solutions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Mentor development teams and provide guidance on software design, performance optimization, observability, and reliability.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, and technical roadmaps while guiding distributed-system and enterprise integration design.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and architecting enterprise applications using Golang.
- Hands-on PostgreSQL expertise, including schema design, performance tuning, indexing, and data modeling.
- Experience building modern web applications with React.
- Deep understanding of application security, secure coding practices, integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience in the Healthcare Provider domain and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with highly available large-scale distributed systems, healthcare data management, regulatory requirements, provider workflows, architecture governance, technical roadmaps, observability, performance monitoring, enterprise integration frameworks, and development-team mentoring.
