Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end healthcare provider applications using Golang, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Define application architecture, service boundaries, integration patterns, and technical standards.
- Establish secure coding practices and support security, privacy, and data protection compliance.
- Translate healthcare provider domain requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance on performance optimization, observability, reliability, and modern software design.
- Mentor development teams and contribute to architecture standards, governance, and technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and architecting enterprise applications with Golang.
- Hands-on PostgreSQL experience including schema design, performance tuning, indexing, and data modeling.
- Experience building modern web applications with React.
- Deep understanding of application security, secure coding practices, integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience in the healthcare provider domain and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with highly available distributed systems, healthcare data management and regulations, architecture governance, technical roadmaps, team mentoring, observability, performance monitoring, and enterprise integration frameworks.
