Responsibilities

  • Ship and iterate activation, monetization, and retention experiences.
  • Build distribution features including SEO and performance improvements, social previews, email and lifecycle journeys, and other growth hooks.
  • Develop marketplace and ecosystem features for publishing, discovering, and reusing apps, templates, components, and services.
  • Implement monetization and pricing systems including payments, subscriptions, access control, plans, paywalls, billing integrations, and revenue-share models.
  • Build analytics and experimentation foundations covering events, funnels, attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, partnerships, and support teams to launch and grow product and ecosystem surfaces.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and growing user-facing products in high-performing teams.
  • Experience with growth work, marketplaces, platforms, or communities is preferred.
  • Strong product sense and UX judgment for multi-sided systems involving creators, learners, and customers.
  • Experience using data, funnels, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing to guide product development.
  • Ability to design, measure, and iterate experiments and establish growth systems effectively.
  • Experience collaborating across design, marketing, partnerships, support, and data functions.
  • Full-stack engineering skills with experience thinking in React and APIs.
  • Pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to building reusable growth, ecosystem, and monetization tools.
