Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy front-end and back-end components for Generative AI and agentic applications.
- Design agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop gates, auditability, policy controls, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Translate client business challenges into AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, data science, and analytics.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers, business consultants, and client sponsors.
- Build AI demonstrators and contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, events, internal campaigns, whitepapers, and practice development.
Requirements
- Experience in a major consulting firm or industry role with a consulting mindset and success in a matrixed organization.
- Experience working with technical and non-technical client sponsors to design requirements and build solutions collaboratively.
- Experience designing and developing full-stack applications from early proof-of-concept through MVP, testing, and secure, scalable production deployment.
- Proven client-facing delivery experience with traditional Machine Learning models, Generative AI models, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong foundation across the listed languages, front-end and back-end frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, DevOps tools, and AI engineering technologies; experience in every listed technology is not required.
- Ability to demonstrate how AI can unlock business value and adaptability to learn new tools as project needs change.
