Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.
- Design and enhance software solutions across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation issues.
- Apply integration techniques and data migration strategies within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Map business processes to technical solutions and coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Lead process improvements across the team and projects.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques and data migration strategies in SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation issues.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and translating business processes into SAP SuccessFactors technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
