Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of AI solutions for challenging client projects.
- Build production-level ML and AI solutions using sound software engineering and machine learning principles.
- Automate deployment and monitoring of models and infrastructure through MLOps practices.
- Perform data analysis, including data cleaning and variable transformation.
- Develop and train machine learning and AI models.
- Parallelize, optimize, tune, test, and deploy AI models into production.
- Design and build scalable machine learning pipelines across the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or computer science.
- Experience building an end-to-end software product with AI or machine learning components.
- Experience with Azure or another cloud-based solution.
- Strong Python skills and reasonable SQL understanding.
- Experience incorporating unit and integration testing into development.
- Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision.
- Hands-on experience taking ML solutions from development through production deployment, including scalable ML pipelines and MLOps.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools in real development workflows.
- Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
- Fluent English, Big Data tools, cloud platforms, RESTful API development, Docker, DevOps practices, recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, ranking models, cognitive services, agentic AI, TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, gRPC, unit testing, and strong object-oriented programming skills are preferred.
