Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across all HackerRank environments.
- Automate scalable and reproducible infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes on AWS.
- Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD hygiene, observability, developer productivity, and cost-efficient architectures.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems using OpsGenie, New Relic, and ELK.
- Optimize performance and utilization for Redis, RDS, Redshift, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
- Partner with security and platform teams on compliance, resilience, threat protection, and cloud cost optimization.
Requirements
- Require 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering roles.
- Require deep AWS expertise, ideally with some GCP exposure, including EKS, EC2, S3, SQS, and IAM.
- Require strong experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and Ubuntu.
- Require hands-on scripting or coding skills in Python or Java.
- Require knowledge of monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, and infrastructure reliability principles.
- Prefer experience with ArgoCD, Jenkins, observability frameworks, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, security engineering, threat modeling, penetration testing, cost optimization, infrastructure scaling, and multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
- Require strong collaboration skills for partnering with developers, QA, and leadership teams.
