Responsibilities
- Work directly with diverse enterprise customers to rapidly understand their business domains and challenges.
- Use and adapt engineering skills to solve customer business problems and deliver solutions from presales through implementation.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to maximize project success and customer value.
- Abstract solutions to customer problems into reusable forms that contribute to the evolution of Tailor Platform.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, consultants, sales, and other roles while contributing learnings from customer engagements to the product.
Requirements
- Meet at least one of the stated qualifications, such as foundational computer science knowledge and experience, experience developing AI-native products with LLMs, or agile development or project management experience.
- Have native-level Japanese technical communication ability.
- Be able to work from the office in principle, with the stated purpose of supporting end-to-end learning from presales through delivery.
- GraphQL development experience, experience using no-code or low-code platforms, business-level English technical communication, and experience leading AI product development or adoption are welcomed.
- Candidates should be willing to learn new domains and technologies, take ownership, work as self-starters, and provide constructive feedback.
