Responsibilities
- Build APIs and interfaces for customer agent configuration.
- Create analytics dashboards to visualize agent performance.
- Design conversation interfaces for user interaction with agents.
- Automate the onboarding process for personalized agent setup.
- Own features from database schema and API design to frontend implementation.
- Make decisions about system architecture and data modeling.
Requirements
- 4+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
- Strong skills in frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python or similar).
- Good product instincts to enhance rough designs.
- Attention to detail for product polish while knowing when to ship.
- Comfortable working across the entire tech stack.
- Desire to own features rather than just implement specs.
