Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evolve high-quality frontend features, user interfaces, and gameplay experiences.
- Translate product and game design requirements into robust technical solutions and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Build clean, maintainable, well-tested software for scalable gaming products.
- Own technical decisions, contribute to architecture discussions, planning, and retrospectives.
- Develop responsive, accessible, performant, and cross-browser-compatible web applications.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, real-time services, and event-driven systems.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing discipline, frontend engineering practices, and technical guidance.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability and use AI tools in development workflows.
Requirements
- Strong professional software engineering experience focused on frontend development and production-grade user-facing applications.
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Hands-on experience with WebGL-based rendering and animation frameworks, particularly PixiJS and GSAP.
- Knowledge of component-based architecture, clean code, reusable UI patterns, and frontend software design principles.
- Experience building and maintaining responsive, accessible, and performant production web applications.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, browser APIs, state management, and modern frontend build tools.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs, real-time services, or event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with Git, code reviews, pull requests, frontend performance optimization, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Practical experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end frontend testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work independently, own features through production, communicate clearly, solve problems, and balance quality with delivery speed.
- Preferred experience in game development, casino games, virtual sports, betting products, real-time or high-availability entertainment systems, graphics, animation, Canvas, WebGL, mobile-first development, responsive design systems, accessibility, and scalable frontend architecture.
- Preferred experience providing technical guidance and mentoring, and using AI tools to support software development.
