Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of machine learning models and algorithms for business problems.
- Lead the implementation, integration, and production deployment of scalable AI solutions.
- Design robust data pipelines and lead data preprocessing, ingestion, transformation, and data quality activities.
- Support model industrialization and operations, including version control, monitoring, reliability, performance, and maintenance.
- Evaluate and tune models using metrics and performance benchmarks.
- Mentor team members in model training, experimentation, and iterative improvement.
- Document AI models, algorithms, architectures, and processes and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Research emerging AI techniques and contribute to team innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, programming, mathematics, MLOps, cloud platforms, and software engineering.
- Extensive experience with machine learning models, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI technologies.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, cloud engineers, team members, and stakeholders.
